perhaps invest in a copy of todays National Post. There's a lengthy opinion
piece on page FP-11 entitled "Cash For Britney". The sub-headline is: "
Canada should repeal its levy on blank audio recording media before
Canadians end up paying millions a year to the U.S. music industry". The
writer is Howard P Knopf.
