        IT'S THE GRAND OLD UPROAR !!!

        THE GRAND OLD UPROAR # 2
        The Backstabbers with guests...

   Indeed, the first Saturday of October approaches, and that can only mean 
that it's time for the Backstabbers Country Stringband to present another 
night of fun, frivolity and good old time country music.  This time around 
we have special guest singers Jenny Whiteley and Scotty Campbell, and we're 
pleased as punch to be joined for the evening by our buddy Burke Carroll on 
the dobro guitar.  The cute and only slightly annoying Mr. Billy Buck will 
act as our amiable emcee for the evening.

   The fine folks at the Canadian Corps Hall will be taking care of our 
whims and desires at the bar, and let us not forget those fabulous Canadian 
Corps drink prices...

   There's no need to break the bank when you come out to the UPROAR!


       Saturday, October 5th
       9pm - 1am  (doors open @ 8pm)
       201 Niagara Street, Toronto
       (the SW corner of King St West & Niagara)
       $10 cover at the door
