Aengus Finnan releases new CD  north wind

Borealis Records is delighted to announce the release of Aengus Finnan=B9s
new CD north wind. Co-produced by Finnan and Paul Mills, the album draws on
the land, people, and stories that Aengus has come to meet and know.
Collected and written in truck-stops, graveyards, orchards, nursing homes,
derelict barns, old railway lines, and at a lover=B9s door, it is a collectio=
n
of songs that are raw, dramatic, tender, and that sometimes provide wild
glimpses of the events and characters that inspire this young
singer/songwriter. In addition to 10 original songs by Aengus  it  also
features several covers including a song by Juno nominated Maria Dunn and a
radio drama adaptation of a song by American songwriter Slaid Cleaves.

The new CD will be launched at Hugh=B9s Room in Toronto Friday Oct. 4th.
Start time is 8:30 =AD Tickets $12/$14 at door
