I'm involved in a new venture called Northern Star Acoustic Cafe that
is intended to be a mobile coffeehouse (a folkmobile, perhaps?)

We are assembling an intimate concert involving three singer/songwriters:
myself, Debby Moon (aka Deb Battaglia) and Robin Bruce Ward. 
Some of you may remember Robin from his Toronto days. 
Our debut performance is an afternoon of acoustic music at:

Mostly Organic Juice Bar Cafe,
119 King St. West, Kitchener, Ontario
Sunday, November 17, 2:00 pm
Admission $10

Debby performs regularly in the Waterloo region and does a combination
of originals, trad ballads and contemporary folk.  Robin has been an active
and creative figure on the folk music scene for many years as a writer,
recording artist, producer and arranger. Jack (aka-myself) has been 
performing regularly in Southern On. in support of his latest CD, 
Land of Plenty.

We intend to point our happy caravan throughout Ontario, so if you
know of any appropriate intimate venues that exist in your home town
for putting on a coffeehouse-style concert, pls. let me know by
