[mplpost] Attention Aspiring Graphic Artists

Howdy Maplepost Folkies - Hope you are managing to keep cool during this heat wave. I heard a good remedy to keep cool is leaving your shorts in the freezer, although I havent yet tried this system personally.  

I need some simple (simple for me!) original artwork put together on relatively short notice (ie week or so). The immediate requirement is for a festival Logo graphic, and to follow in a few weeks would be some ads layouts in various sizes, posters, etc. I have some definite ideas about what is required, but am open to all suggestions. I dont think its a particularly big project, but it could certainly be high profile as the festival grows.
