ontario readers may want to get on the mailing list of the OAC "update" as 
it carries lots of good information and programme deadlines.

for example, the "community cultural impressarios aka CCI will be taking 
over ontario contact...OAC is doing a strategic planning process...OAC and 
the michigan council for arts and cultural affairs are doing a joint 
project in detroit on october 17 called "arts and the quality of life"...
