A bit of a different evening as we present a variety of artists under
the guise "Curly Boy Stubbs & Friends". Curly Boy, aka Paul Mills, is a
musician, musical arranger and record producer/engineer. A music
producer for CBC Radio in the seventies, he conceived and produced a
national folk music program called "Touch The Earth" which was hosted by
Sylvia Tyson. A seasoned musician and performer, he has used this
talent to develop an understanding of folk and roots music in all of
it's various forms, and applied this ability to record and produce this
music in such a way that it has broad audience appeal. He has produced
over fifty albums working with artists such as the late Stan Rogers,
Sharon, Lois & Bram, and John Allan Cameron. Tonight he will be
presenting some of the artists whose recordings he has recently produced
- some very talented people - Confirmed are Rosalee Peppard, Lorraine
McDonald, Nonie Crete, Joanne Crabtree, Terry Kelly. Joining all the
friends will be Curly Boy himself & Trevor Mills. So come on down and
enjoy a fine and varied evening. They are bound to bring some product,
so you could solve all seasonal gift shopping in one go! [Some web
