[mplpost] Release gimmicks

I just want to clear up some of this discussion since it was me who has
helped Joel Morelli.

David McNeil at the Roxy theatre produced Joel's live recording. The ticket
price of $20 included a CD of that live recording. The CD is now complete
and is in the process of being delivered to those who attended.

There is no second CD or CD-R included. The show was digitally videoed
and so far, a CD-R single has been produced and sold at some of Joel's
shows.

The show itself was worth $20 and was a display of what talent is hanging
around these Grey-Bruce backwoods.

The delay wasn't negotiating a reasonable rate. The delay was getting CMRRA
to send us the licence. It took months. If you have never heard Joel sing
House of the Rising Sun, get a copy, it is worth the wait. (Or go and see
Joel and Tyler Wagler and Tanglefoot at Hugh's tomorrow night.) If we had
deleted that song, or ignored CMRRA, the CD would have been ready in July.

Due to the fact that there are people are listed as having written it, we
wanted to protect our butts and apply for the licence. CMRRA is supposed to
return the deposit if it is public domain. They didn't. Joel has a
licence. His butt is covered. The whole CD is really good.
