The Tears Of A Thousand Years Benefit last night at the Oakville
Performing Arts Centre was a wonderful event and a moving tribute to the
power of song to affect peoples' lives. Thanks David Bradstreet for your
amazing "Tears Of AThousand Years" song!
Kudos to Paul Young for the idea, to Jim Marino, Scott Cameron Smith and
the rest of the board and volunteers for their vision, their hard work and
their seemingless effortless and smooth organization and implementation of
this grand concert.
In these trying and fearful times, we need to hear the songs we heard last
night - songs of strength, courage, love and hope. All the musicians gave
us these songs with beautiful heartfelt passion - the music truly was
moving and many people were moved to tears!
If you missed out on the concert, purchase the CD
