Good Morning

Thanks to Bill Usher for the background on doing those CBC documentaries.
Interesting times.  Sorry I didn't get the title quite right.  Bill, I seem
to recall one you did on some of the groups he had played with.  If I
recall, it started with a clarinet solo you played in your high school band.
Also a very good show.

I wonder if anyone is writing down some of the history of the period in the
late 60's through the mid 80's.  The CRTC rulings on Canadian content, the
CBC productions, the Vietnam War (and some great musicians going north), and
the presence of a couple of big festivals meant that a lot was going on.
Much of that music was pretty unique and an oral history would make for a
nice project.  I'd like to hear about it if such a project is happening.
