association devoted to the promotion of Québec folk music of all genres,
will proudly release its double-cd compilation sampler entitled 41
Musiciens Folk du Québec. The album, which is being made available in
stores across Canada by Ozone Distribution, features music from the
traditions of Québec and English Canada, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Iran,
Costa Rica and South America as well as plenty of singer-songwriter
material from the trad to the techno, blues and Canadian roots, songs in
five different languages — in short, folk that swings, taps, tangos,
