Hey Everybody,

It's that time of year...

Fundraising at CIUT 89.5FM is beginning next week and I am working to get 
some advance donations.  Our show needs a few more pledges to ensure that we 
remain on the air.

For those of you who don't know, I volunteer on a show called Media to 
Medium on Thursdays from 12-1.  The main focus of the show is visual arts, 
but my segment called "Off the Wall" explores the relationship between 
visual arts and music.  Some of my most recent guests include Kurt 
Swinghammer, Floria Sigismondi, and RUNT.

If you value such a program, please join Friends of 89.5 and support CIUT, 
listener supported community radio. A substantial portion of our operating 
budget comes from the folks who make contributions (tax deductible @ $75. or 
more) to the station. This financial support allows CIUT 89.5FM, a 
non-profit radio station, to continue to provide the alternative radio 
format that our listeners have come to expect. Members of Friends of 89.5 
will receive a membership card and quarterly newsletter. We'll also have 
special Thank You Gifts and a Grand Prize Draw.
