While on the trail of folk, action figures, I would like to mention that the Barrie Folk Society was absolutely spoiled by the solo performance that Don Ross put on for us last Sat. He's heading to Toronto in a couple of weeks - anyone that has seen Don play knows that he is one of the worlds premier guitarists.

Tix $20 at 416-205-5555. The really big annual Toronto gig. This time I'll be joined by amazing bassist Jordan O'Connor and his groovy jazz outfit Cash Cow. Opening the show will be Dylan Fowler, a great fingerstyle guitarist from Wales.
