Okay Vic,
...but did you ever see The Times Square Two, Peter Ebling? and
Michael Joquette? Fantastic performers, funny and clever. They
had a shtick where they each played the other's guitar--without
changing instruments. Arms reached behind heads etc. and somehow
they did it. Great act. I think Ebling went into film.
I had forgotten about Les's karate acts.
Yes, Sonny and Brownie was at the Vancouver Bunkhouse.
Then there was the Ark on Broadway with acts like Jeannie Redpath,
Jesse Fuller, Rev. Gary Davis, Guy Carawan ...
Yes, the Rovers were quite different then.
