[mplpost] Canadian Routes History not Nostalgia

Iam Tambyn, Perth County Conspiracy, Watson & Renyolds, Stringband, Cromdale,
Humber River Valley Boys, David Wiffin, Brent Titcomb, Dixie Flyers, Willie P.
Bennett........and even the Two Tones are just a few of the artists who shaped
what we can call Canadian Routes(Roots) or Folk Music. Yes, I know there
are a lot more - just want to get the point out there.

The stories need to be told and the music played(that's my job). I understand
that
with a little luck Ray Materick's music may actually catch the re-issue
category. Who else should be played and recognized.

How about some of the agents out there seeing if these people want to play
again ? I know many of them are still working only closer to home.

...oops..I just fell of my soapbox. I want to hear about those who
could get lost, privately or shared with others.  Keep me
posted on your Canadian roots music experiences.
