For those looking for some live music this Canada Day, come down to
Harbourfront Centre. Starting this evening and running through to
tomorrow Harbourfront Centre hosts the fifth anniversary celebration of
the Borealis Recording Company. 26 of the artists on the label's roster
will be in concert tonight and all day tomorrow including Nancy White,
Tanglefoot and Matapat to name just a few. See www.borealisrecords.com
for more details on the label and its artists.

The music doesn't end there. On July 1 we have a number of incredible
artists including a rare live appearance by Susan Aglukark,
banjo-playing baritone John Milard & Happy Day, Juno Award-winning
Tri-Continental and the hilarious Arrogant Worms.

The weekend extends to Monday, July 2 with the sophomore year of Grrrl
Folk. This program, which celebrates the woman of roots music, includes
performances of Juno-Award winner Jenny Whiteley and the NOW Magazine
cover story this week, The Be Good Tanyas.

The music is complimented by a huge variety of comedy, theatre, family
activities, food and workshops making Harbourfront Centre a good place
to spend the Canada Day weekend! See www.harbourfront.on.ca for full
details and schedules, or call the Norigen Hotline for info at
416-973-3000.
