[mplpost] Borealis Birthday Candles

We can all transpose Bill, but for those of us who aren't sailors or
pilots, how about giving us the regular times?.....you know,  8pm, 9pm,
11:45pm-12:30am.......sorry, I guess I'm a little lazy!
