[mplpost] Blues on a Canadian folk list

I don't have any probelm with blues on a Canadian folk list. I agree
with Richard Flohil that blues IS folk music.

What I questioned was the appropriateness of play lists from blues
radio shows in Utah being sent to the Canadian folk list. It seems
to me that the blues shows in Canada (Holger Peterson, Ian Angus,
etc.) don't even send their play lists to this list.

Jory Nash talks about the high proportion of Canadians played on this
Utah blues show. I count 21 songs on the play list and only 2
(Glamour Puss and Long John Baldry) are Canadian.

Is there a FAQ from the list managers for this group about what is,
or is note, appropriate? And how would people on the Mapleblues
group react if folk shows in the U.S.A. started sending their play
lists there?
