3 Our Tour plays original and traditional music, with influences from the Celtic, French, Balkan, Middle Eastern and Indian traditions, but with roots firmly planted in the contemporary world. The 3 Our Tour sound is characterized by their powerful vocals. From urgently contemporary songs, to the spine-tingling dissonance of their a cappella chants, to hauntingly whispered laments, 3 Our Tour sings with riveting emotion and spell-binding presence. Their instrumental sound draws the listener back and forth across continents and cultures. On one hand are accordion, bodhran, tin whistle and bouzouki, on another are African and Middle Eastern percussion, and on yet another are drum kit and acoustic and electric guitars. Folk music traditions are heard through contemporary ears, inspiring a new folk music, performed with passionate intensity by 3 Our Tour.
